Born out of the general, civil, and energy construction fields, and most recently having been associated with renewable energy projects in Tennessee and Kentucky, Russ Whitlock, general contractor and owner,  brings 50+ years of multi-disciplined construction experience to the table.

It is worth noting that he was raised and educated in his father’s company, Whitlock Construction, which was implemented in 1967, before Russ established the “Capstone” brand in 2005.

Most important to him are developing and maintaining lasting relationships with past and present clients and associates. Russ believes long-term relationships are impossible without mutual honor and respect.
